Its a company portal where customers register and apply for ZERONA device, go through application process and access the marketing material once they are approved. The ongoing development in portal includes AJAX enabled e-commerce module. The customer service portal keeps track of the customers and handle various aspects of business process such as accounting, communication, customer service history, account credential management, shipping, etc. I worked in team on identifying customer requirements, modeling application domain for above applications, relational database design, designing, implementing code, test, and maintain the entire websites.
